Hand-picked by the lovely Debbie Ault, owner of Notts Derby Wine School, creatively matching the dishes we are serving. For one weekend only, we will serve a menu of British wild and sustainably farmed meat.
From British Wagyu from Berkshire, Lamb from Nottinghamshire to Venison from the Northumbrian Moors, we have lined up an incredible selection from some of the best farmers and producers in the British Isles.
Seats are limited for this one and there will not be a herbivore option for this event, it’s just not feasible, sorry, not sorry!
The menu below is a good representation of the menu for the night, there will be some additional “treats” but you will have to get a seat to find out.
This menu has to be valued at £100.00 due to the nature of the produce, the highest welfare, and the most responsibly reared animals, which have a higher production cost.
